. Existem artistas e bandas que se mantiveram, e alguns deles ainda se mantêm, em actividade, com novas edições, que não estão incluídas na Enciclopédia (nem aqui), mas que são acrescentadas no final da tabela - uma linha de intervalo (essas também tenho, obviamente).
