Isto nos últimos tempos mais tem parecido um FORUM JAZZ! :). Assim, eis a lista dos meus CDs de jazz ou de música que anda lá (bastante) perto.
Devo dizer que, por norma (há exceções, claro) gosto mais dos discos que, por uma razão ou por outra, são "híbridos", em que o jazz é contaminado/pervertido/desviado/miscigenado, escapando amiúde à lógica mais típica do seu autor.

A cultura dominante impôs mundos separados, levou as artes à exaustão e continua explorando esse limite. O jazz pode garantir na sua semiosis (processo de ciração) uma rotura com este estado de coisas porque é proveniente duma cultura diferente e dominada. Conjunto de signos estético-culturais (uma arte) o jazz é síntese de várias semânticas musicais, é um folclore planetário. À crítica cabe fazer emergir esses aspectos transformadores, liberta então da ideologia capitalista. Esta crítica de jaz não é apenas uma crítica ao jazz é também uma crítica à crítica do jazz (entendida esta como divulgação paranóica de mercadoria e espectáculo). a verdadeira crítica de jazz começa numa permanente auto-crítica e culmina na revolução da qual o jazz é uma realidade implícita.

O músico reconhece a figura, imagina-a.
A técnica repõe-a em substância.
A técnica procura a correspondência do enunciado mental com o discurso musical.
A repetição do acto técnico origina o estilo.
O estilo é uma singularidade de repetições e de diferenças entre a figura imaginada e o discurso real (música).
O fim do músico de Jazz está na homegeneização das figuras dentro da generalização do Discurso.
A técnica realizou a figura mas tornou-a indefinível na repetição do acto.
O músico reconstrói actos mecânicos, como escravo da técnica.
A invenção criadora é a diferença, a libertação das figuras repetitivas.
Inventar, criar, tocar o Jazz é superar constantemente as figuras típicas e reconhecer o Discurso originário.
Gesto semântico sem fim, até que o músico seja o próprio Discurso.
